N$5,7m heist trial postponed

WINDHOEK - FRED GOEIEMAN
A search for South African witness to the 2004 crime has led to a final postponement in the case before the Windhoek High Court.

Judge Naomi Shivute last week allowed the postponement to November 29 in the Windhoek High Court amid vocal opposition from defence attorneys. Shivute was adamant that the case would proceed in November, whether or not these witnesses have been tracked down or not. Read more about N$5,7m heist trial postponed
